Honey Cream Ale is fermented warm like traditional cream ales but features an added twist--wildflower honey from Oregon. Honey imparts a dry, refreshing character to the beer because it ferments almost completely. The honey comes from a beekeeper in Blodgett, a tiny town 20 miles east of Newport.
Rogues Honey Cream Ale is a light, smooth, medium bodied ale, with a creamy head, hints of honey and a crisp light finish. Brewed with two-row Harrington, Klages and Munich malts and Crystal hops. Discontinued for distribution in late 2005, available on tap only at Rogue Ales Public Houses.

From old tasting notes. Honey gold color topped by a bubbly white head. Soft sweet floral hop nose. Bittersweet fruity malt flavor is balanced by a crisp biting hoppiness. Long bitter aftertaste.

tap - Pours golden and smells sweet. The flavor is mostly malt as I expected with a touch of honey. The body is too thin and overall it’s too light for my tastes, but not bad for what it is.

Golden color with slight haze and small white head. Grainy malt and slight sweet citrus aroma. The taste has a nice grain malt flavor throughout the taste profile. There is also a sugar based creaminess midway that approaches a cream soda flavor. There is a light hop bitterness as well.

65cl bottle from Utobeer. Not sure what I expected this to be. Golden with thin off beige head. Distinctive Rogue hop aroma. Citric. Bit more toffee whisky on aroma. OK in mouth. Nice toffee/hop finish. Sweetish in mouth, Still attack of hops on end. Fine, but after the hop and toffee it doesn’t go anywhere
