Fairly well made beer. Not perfect, but decent for the style. i wish it had more body, but at least they didn't overdo it on the hops. Berkeley. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Rated from old notes. An unexciting beer with a better name than taste. Faint hints of malt. Dry, slightly sour aftertaste. Does not, unfortunately, develop into something more exciting.

Cheap at Trader Joe’s. My sample says river trent brewing in ukia california. From a bottle its a darker beer. Smell and taste of malt, creamy malt. Smooth, almost cloying on the buds. Grows on yawl.

Bottle. Lactic caramel malt aroma. Amber with minimal head. Very lightly sweet toffee malt and mildly bitter hay flavor. Light, watery body. On the plus side, nothing unpleasant but pretty boring.

Bottle, kindly donated by fajry. Amber color with medium white head. Aroma of caramel malt, honey, notes of chocolate. Taste, roasted malt, caramel, honey, notes of coffee, floral hops. Light hoppy finish. Good.

Location: 12 oz bottle from Trader Joe’s, 11/18/12
Aroma: The nose is heavy on caramel, rather malty, and has some lighter earthy notes
Appearance: This one pours an amber color with a small beige head, and some light lace
Flavor: This one has a kind of unpleasant taste of macro-lager, caramel, and other of flavors
Palate: The body is medium, it feels a little too sticky, and almost cloying, with a pretty lively carbonation
Overall Impression: I wasn’t a huge fan of this beer. The flavor just doesn’t work all that well in my opinion, and the quality is not really that high. Really not a winner in my opinion.
