bottle - Pours lightly hazy yellow with a very thin head. It has a wheat and yeast aroma with some decent citrus esters. The taste is pretty bland. There’s sweet wheat malt with a touch of hops and spice. Unfortunately it’s not just light as is normal for the style but also watery.

Opaque dark straw. Expressive coriander and orange nose with a little bit of footy yeast. Very highly carbonated. Thick, yet somewhat light of body. Good spice. Finishes dry, herbal, hoppy. Decent.

12 oz. bottle from WIne Warehouse. Hazy dark orange pour with minimal head. Aroma of strong wheat and spice. Taste is much the same with more pronounced citrus notes. Smooth, but a little thin.

100th rater . I love Wits and this is a safe man’s wit. Very mundane and quiet. Light coriander and a bit of yeasty sweetness, which is nice but a bit out of place in such a light and water-y wit. I have no problem drinking and offering this to someone new to the style but its a very mailed in/mainstream attempt at the style.

Pours way darker than most other witbiers. Head dissipates quickly. Mild spicy aroma and all that. Yeasty. Slightly sweet. Got a bunch of malts. Not at all watery, but not at all special either.

Yes my first Vermont brew. Bottle pours out a light orange topped with a cream head. A pretty nice aroma of orange wheat. Tast of yeast and some malt. Not to bad.

Aroma of dates and coriander. Cloudy amber, sediments, thin head. Tastes of clove and coriander with a trace of raisin. Too much spice, no foundation.

Slightly hazy effervescent golden body with a thinnish very soapy white head. Aroma of very strong curacao, wheat, yeast, coriander seed and bananas, bubble gum and more orange peel. Medium-bodied; Super potent flavour of wheat and curacao in this one with a bit of yeast and coriander seed behind. Aftertaste is way too short, only showing a few sedentary flavours near the end - more curacao, wheat and coriander seed than anything else. Overall, a bit one-dimensional, too much of the strong flavours and no complexity make this one a strong pass, even for an american attempted wit! I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Oliver’s Beverage in Albany, New York on 30-January-2008.

12oz bottle-pours a thin white head and cloudy yellow color. Aroma is yeast, wheat, coriander, orange peel. Taste is yeast, wheat, coriander, orange peel. Nice. OK effervescence.
