Created by Samuel Adams Employee Lili Hess, Hawaii.

This is a very creative spin on a pale ale. As Lili describes it, "It’s like you are drinking a pale ale after biting into a fresh green seedless grape." This delicate brew is light-bodied with unique sweet, yet dry flavors from the grapes. What a combination...

A light and crisp beer with a definite sweet note (not readily identifiable as grape). Dry semi sweet finish. Not bitter. Refreshing.

Bottle. White wine and barley malt aroma. Amber color with small head - highly effervescent. Under-ripe grape and barley malt flavor. Unique.

12 oz bottle...Amber with barely a head...just some scattered bubbles and a tracing around the glass where beer meets foam...cider/wine mixed aroma...sour apples...sweet and light with an infantile syrup quality....delicate lacing forming....I gave the appearance a 4 because for this style the lacing is appreciated....Flavor is nice--apples , light malt...but it ends a little thin and watery...nice effervescence...I do taste the grapes, mainly in the finish and a hint in the aroma...the delicate lacing sticks through its entirety, so the 4 sticks as well...Metallic finish in the very last sip...thus changing my original 13 to a 12....sorry Lili Hess

Bottle pours a medium light amber witha small fine lasting white head. I suppose that is grape that i smell in there. Very faint, though I suppose if you wanted serious grap there is always smuckers. I would call this an amber with a waft of grape notes. Don’t know if I taste it at all. Thanks to BuckeyeBoy

Bottle Pours out a light amber topped with a cream white head. Aroma of I guess light grape some malt. Tast kind of like a amber. I can’t pick up the grape much. Not to bad.

Bottle: Bright golden pour with a smidgen of citrus hops and maltiness. Flavor is hoppy and a bit fruity, but the grape certainly doesn’t stand out. Decent effort, but unexciting.

Clear amber body with a large creamy off-white head. Sweet caramel and lots of grape tannins. More sweet grape flavors, with a touch of caramel. Very little hop flavor, with a dry slight bitter finish. Medium body with moderate carbonation.
