On tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2012. It pours a lightly hazy body, golden-yellow in color and topped by small, off-white head. The aroma is rather fruity, peaches mostly, some lemony notes, and wheat. It’s tart and lemony in the mouth, thin to medium body, dry and with a pleasant level of carbonation. Some wheaty flavors, and a tart and lemony finish. A very refreshing one, tasteful and pleasant. 120511

Tap at CBC, May 2012. It pours straw yellow, with a large foamy white head. The nose is very floral (particularly rose), straw, hint of spice, lactose and grapefruit rind. The taste is lemon, grapefruit, refreshingly tart, hay straw, floral and salt, with a long, dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Massively drinkable. A palate cleanser.

Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2012. Golden with a small white head. Fruity aroma with a citrus touch. Slightly tart and quite salty flavour with lots of lemon and other fruit. Fascinating salty flavour although it may not be a eer you want to session all night

CBC. Clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and light tart. Flavor is medium sweet, light acidic and moderate salty. Dry and moderate salty finish. This should be moved to traditional ale with the other goses. 110512
