Bottle only @ the pub on 5/4/3013. Deep hazy yellow color with a red hue. A nice aroma, tart lemons as well as mild vinegar to with some slight funk of straw, grass and old wood. The flavor is pretty nice that matches the aromas. Good amount of Brettanomyces. Good strong pucker in the back of the taste buds. It was a nice way to end the night. Sour heads should like this.

12oz bottle-pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is brett, grain, some light leather. Taste is soft brett, sweet light malt, tart lemon. A bit too easy and somewhat thin.

Shared by Jcwattsrugger. Pours cloudy yellow with thin white head. Excellent nose of fresh lemon funk, wood, cheese, yeast and Brett. Taste just isn’t there - flat and light bodied - light lemon in yeasty water. Drinkable, but disappointing considering how nice the nose is.
