Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, plums, caramel, and alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of plums, over ripe fruits, malt, and caramel, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of bu11zeye. Pours amber with a slight haze and a huge and lacing off-white head. Explosive cork! Rustic, fruity nose - quite plummy actually. Swet, rich fruity body, overripe fruit and an elegant plum character. Nice and different. 250113

Cork exploded from the bottle like champers! Cloudy brown beer, big off white head. Frothy light palate, somewhat over carbonated. Dry malt. Sugary sweet. Trace of fruit. Dry finish. A mess and lacking flavour.

On tap at the brewery. Pours with a large, bone colored, creamy head over a hazed orange body. Aroma of plum and candi sugar. Taste is lightly tart, with dark fruits, candi sugar, and tart plum skins. Light carbonation.
