A wicked favorite! We make this one with Simcoe, Citra & Galaxy hops along with a simple grist of pale malt & oats & fermented it warm with an expressive yeast. It’s totally unfiltered and popping with ripe Pineapple-Orange-Guava aromatics and a smooth, juicy flavor. Unfiltered and hazy as can be!

16 ounce can from Tavour. Hazy yellow gold color. Large, frothy white head. Fragrant tropical fruit aroma. Notes of ripe pineapple, mango, orange and peach. Bready malt flavor is balanced nicely by a cacophony of tropical fruitiness. Notes of grapefruit and pine, lemon, orange and apricot abound. Soft, juicy and approachable. What more could you ask for?

Can from Tavour. Pours hazy gold with a huge foamy white head. Aroma is juicy, fruity and has guava. Med body or nearly. Juicy and lightly sugary. Somewhat bitter. Flavor is citrus, guava and other things. Really nice flavor.

From tap at Cellarmaker, San Francisco. Aroma is dank juicy hops, orange juice, big citrus, hint of yeast, light pale malt. Flavour is light sweet and medium bitter. Body is medium. Damn Cellarmaker... You are rocking my world with this. A great cloudy IPA, very delicate and juicy.

Can. Pours cloudy yellow gold, medium creamy white head, good lacing. Aroma is dank, melon, grapefruit, mango, passionfruit. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter. No burny. Medium body.

(On tap @ MBCC 2017 Blue Session, Copenhagen) Pours very hazy orange gold with a white head. Notes of orange and grapefruit, on the tangerine/white grapefruit end of things, juice/zest mix, light mango, pit fruit, touch of malt, pine needle, grassy green-ness, medium sweet and moderately juicy, also moderately bitter with pith and orange zest augmenting the aforementioned pine/grass. Medium body, fluffy carbonation. Solid joint, juicy if not wickedly so, but at least what passes for that in a West Coast context. Cellarmaker is obviously doing good things. Quite clean and refreshing.

Heavy haze throughout this nearly glowing beeswax-golden beer. Small white head showing little/no retention.
Understated pine and lemon with spicy floral notes and lots of sharp citrus oil-like character. Quite Trillium-like, in that regard, though perhaps less ester sharpness and more hop resin.
Taste is of crushed pineapple and is surprisingly very malty given how dry and "bitter" the nose would suggest. Lots of buttercream-like character with very low bitterness. Creates a great softness of palate with low but engaging carbonation. Lingering orange peel and other spice but also teeming with pineapple. Lingering bitterness, which picks up somewhat with warming. Clean and no alcohol.
