At Proletariat tasting. Cloudy yellow pour with big ginger nose. The ginger and carrot seems in perfect proportion very present but not overpowering. Some pepperiness and tart apples as well. He claimed it as summer drink but I find it’d be good for fall.

Bottle with JRedmond. Pours clear yellow with bubbly white head. Nose and taste of ginger root, peeled carrot, apple and sparkling cider/champagne. Lighter medium body.

Pricey little bottle from Murray’s cheese.
Chalice. Clear pale gold. Awesome nucleation point developed over some smidgen of floaties.

A slightly creamy apple scent, developing tropical notes thanks to the interesting additions. Very floral, soft, & sweet candied ginger. Green salad mix. Just a twinge of acidy white wine in the back.

Taste is dry, acidy apple wine & peppery, mellow green ginger. Disappointing white wine backwash. Old yeast & a lingering grainy finish. Tastes like old hops. Faintly carbed. Bit of heat. Not much tartness.

I thought the ginger/carrot was used well, but the cider just seemed tired. Can’t see myself trying it again at this price.
