Bottle. Pours clear yellow with a dusting of a head. Smells of sweet grasses. Bland yellow lager taste - slight coriander. This could be any old lager for all I know. There’s nothing setting this apart.

12 ounce bottle. Pours a hazy amber color with a thin fizzy white head. Fair head retention. Aroma of pale malts, mild brine and a bit of citrus. The taste is pale malts and a mild bit of salt. Medium bodied. Decently balanced but somewhat bland.

This is not all that much like a gose - mostly, this just tastes like a mildly spicy wheat beer - no tartness/sourness - not character from the salt - a bit of toasty, grainy character through the middle and finish - there is nothing particularly bad about it, but I am kind of disappointed, as I was hoping for something I didn’t get.

Pours pale gold into a shaker. Bright white head with good retention recedes to coat surface leaving no lacing. Sweet caramel and yeast aromas. Sweet caramel and dough upfront turning to dry salty crackers before the medium length earthy finish.

Bottle at home in CT during The Oscars. Pours clear yellow with a light, white cream head. Pale, bready malts in the nose, some cereal. Light to medium sweet flavor, doughy malts, light hay, hints of honey. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Simple, doughy malt finish, some light coriander, wheat, white bread. Easy drinking.
