A wicked favorite! We make this one with Simcoe, Citra & Galaxy hops along with a simple grist of pale malt & oats & fermented it warm with an expressive yeast. It’s totally unfiltered and popping with ripe Pineapple-Orange-Guava aromatics and a smooth, juicy flavor. Unfiltered and hazy as can be!

[ As Cellarmaker Wicked Juicy ].Unclear medium yellow colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, herbs, citrus, cellery, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, citrus - grapefruit, fruity hops, cellery, herbs, floral. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Sample at MBCC 2017. Hazy yellow with a small white head. Fresh and hoppy with pineapple, mango and light malt. The body was medium as was the bitterness. A refreshing one.
