A wicked favorite! We make this one with Simcoe, Citra & Galaxy hops along with a simple grist of pale malt & oats & fermented it warm with an expressive yeast. It’s totally unfiltered and popping with ripe Pineapple-Orange-Guava aromatics and a smooth, juicy flavor. Unfiltered and hazy as can be!

Sampled @ Mikkeller Beer Celebration 2017, Blue Session. Sehr trübes hell goldgelbes Bier. Geruch ist sehr fruchtig hopfig, grasig, Aprikosen. Geschmack ist fruchtig hopfig, grapefruit, Citrusfrüchte, super lecker.

Draught @ MBCC 2017. Pours cloudy yellowish with a smooth head. Aroma of juicy fruits, zesty grapefruit and tropical notes. Taste is smooth, juicy and grapefruity with some citrus, pine, lemon and tropical notes. Finish is hoppy, fruity and juicy with some tropical notes, pineapple, grass and citrus. Fresh and juicy.

Tap as part of a sampler at the brewery.Hazy deep yellow-gold with retained white head. Massive aromas of citrus and pine. Slight cat litter. Taste follows through to aroma, with low bittering. Taste is more restrained than the massive, fantastic aroma.
