Bottle, synthetic cork, from Elizabeth Station, Bellingham, 13% ABV
Measured Final Gravity: 1015

Blond color with a slight golden hue. Nice aroma, warm, comforting, with bread and cookies, light alcohol, birch sap, flowers. Stronger body and mouthfeel than the Gravity suggests, soft, slightly sweet; harmonious flavor, flowery, sappy, a bit fruity; you won’t clearly notice the agave or the honey; it has some light astringency in the final, a pleasant touch.
Harmonious mead, pure, well made.

Pale, lots of honey aroma and a dash of mushroomy character. Touch of spice up front, and sweet honey, mellow melon notes, and a dash of balsa wood. Good mead. There’s another level but this is solid. Acidity in the finishes, which is like a mandatory thing.

750mL bottle, courtesy of fiulijn (thanks a lot, Alex), pours a clear blonde with no head. Nose brings out sugary sweet agave nectar and wildflower honey. Flavour is exactly the same, bringing out the wildflower honey upfront and maybe some of the agave, but I can't really tell that apart. Very enjoyable and well-made mead.

Bottle as Trickster Treat. I need the label for this if anyone has one. Pours gold. No head. Nose and taste of agave, wildflower, honey, vanilla and light spice. Sweet. Medium body.
