12 oz. bottle, bought 8/21 at Big Muddy. Kept refrigerated for 4 months, but hop nose does not seem as strong as their description would suggest. But a pleasant, slightly piney nose. Sudsy foam atop a murky amber body filled with "floaties." But the taste does indeed have plenty of pine resin, and a bit of citrus and floral hop notes. IPA style malts are a bit thicker than normal for the style. Alcohol is apparent, and some "chewiness." Still, it's starting to show a bit of phenol. I clearly should have gotten to this sooner. But it's still pretty good.

Purchased at Bottles and Cans in Chicago, IL; enjoyed on a nice Monday night while doing some song writing. Appearance is a cloudy gold, not much head. Aroma is mostly hoppy, actually it’s just hoppy, not a bad thing though. Taste has a nice hop profile but doesn’t add much else, which again isn’t a bad thing, it’s just a straight forward IPA but it’s pretty good.

Clear gold with a tall, lasting, off-white head. Citrus and pine aroma. Slightly bitter flavor with some dryness making it’s appearance in the finish.

22oz bomber. Hazy yellow-orange-tan body. Frothy off-white head. A well done IPA, capturing some nice Australian hop tones alongside classic Cascade. Quality offering for sure, quite balanced and tasty, hop forward, quality ingredients. I’m OK not calling it a Double IPA, but it certainly comes close. Big, full bodied. Zesty straw and light tropical fruit in the aroma, steady grapefruit (cascade) guiding it. Exceeded my expectations.

Bottle shared with Yanick. Pours orange gold with white head. Nose and taste of pine, resin, toasted grain and caramel malt. Lighter medium body. Finishes grainy/dry.

Pour is a clear amber with a small white head. Aroma is a nice floral/citrus hop. Flavor is the same a nice spicy but floral hop. A decent IPA that’s very affordable.

Nice, slightly hazy copper coloured body with a thick, three centimetre tall tan head. Aroma of pale malt, light grassy and citrus-based hops and a pungent yeastiness with some bread as well. Medium-bodied; Assertive grassy, floral and piney flavour with a good malt backbone and a light but noticeable hop bitterness. Aftertaste shows a well-rounded beer with good fruit flavours, some light earthy malt and a hint of sugars, but the hops are front and centre. Overall, a nice, if not light-ish, IPA with some good characteristics but better balance and not much bitterness to speak of at all. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from Liqour Outlet in Boonton, New Jersey on 24-February-2013 for US$5.39 sampled at home in Washington on 18-April-2013.

Location: 22 oz bottle from Buy Rite, 12/20/12

Aroma: It has a pretty legitimate nose, with lots of grapefruit/citrus, some pine, and a little malt
Appearance: It pours a cloudy reddish-orange color with a bubbly white head and spotty lace
Flavor: Kinda one-note flavor-wise, but its a good note, all hop bitterness, with a hint of sweetness
Palate: The body is medium, it feels creamy, with a soft carbonation, and a rather dry finish
Overall Impression: This is a really solid IPA, and it's right on the verge of being even better then that. I enjoyed this one more then I thought I would.
