Hytte 240715. Black colour with a tan head. Aroma is caramel, coffee, chocolate, cocoa, alcohol. Flavour is whiskey, coffee, alcohol, cocoa, caramel, chocolate, vanilla, oak. Full body. Very nice beer.

Bottle @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Black with a æasting brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, vanilla and whisky. Flavor is very sweet and very bitter. Dry and very bitter finish with wrming alcohol. Oily, soft and smooth. 051115

Bottle @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Nice creamy tan head. Color is black. Aroma and taste rich roast malt, chocolate, coffee, hops, wood, whisky and has a noce bitterfinish. Full bodied. Lovely!

Botella 33 cl de el lupulo, tomada en el momento en Oviedo 23..10..2015. (r66). Color negro intenso con espuma oscura que desaparece casi por completo al poco. Aromas maltas tostadas ligeramente carbonizados con predominio de cacaos algo de lactosa, vainilla s y maderas de licor. Sabores maltosos tostados con predominió de cacaos vainillas y maderas empapados en licor al final que acaban dominando ligeramente sobre el resto junto con ligero amargo. Cuerpo medio algo pastoso con ligero gas y algo denso. Bastante buena. Para repetir sin ninguna duda.

Pitch black, tan head. Aroma of roasted malts, coffee, caramel, whisky, brown sugar. Sweet flavour, brown sugar, coffee, bitter. Full body. Sweet finish, caramel, brown sugar, coffee, whisky, soy sauce. Nice!

330 ml bottle poured into a snifter. Black with thin tan head. Aromas of whiskey, some peat and smoke, roast, a bit of chocolate. Tastes of dark chocolate, sweet whiskey, roast, slightly burnt coffee beans, subtle peat. Medium-full body with a dry finish.

Bottle at home from Malt Attacks, 12th September 15. Pours black, no head. Aroma is coffee, slight liquor, sweet. Taste is smooth and rich, coffee, very sweet chocolate, some liquor, would have liked more, to balance the sweetness, not so much wood barrel, good, but sweet.

Bottle. Opaque black liquid with small light tan head. Aroma of coffee, licorice, light ash, light acid, wood, whiskey, raw sugar and light spice. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with notes of complex coffee, wood, raw sugar, whisky, vanilla and chocolate. Full bodied with low to medium carbonation. Super good. The barrel aging is well balanced and delicious. Still showcases the base beer well.

Bottle at Mikkeller Bar. Black with a small tan head. Aroma of chocolate, oak, some roasted malt, vanilla, coffee and hints of dried fruit. Similar taste. Nice full body and with a creamy mouthfeel. Warming alcohol in the finish. A lovely one.

At a tasting, thanks, almost no head, opaque black color, oily pour,some wood, light smokey aroma, roasted coffee beans and earthy notes, flavor of coffee and chocolate liquor and dark chocolate, strong sweetness,. Good but a little over the top, very good with dark sweet chocolate.
