Bottle. It pours an almost clear body, golden in color and with a small, dense, white head. The aroma is faintly funky, with some pepper and coriander, as well as pine cones and resin. Lemon peel. It’s quite soft on the palate, medium bodied and dry, with lemon peel, coriander and pepper notes. Resins and pine cones, some bitterness and a funky hint. Dry and peppery finish. Wonder why this has gotten so low scores. It’s not fantastic in any way, but tasteful and quenching it sure is. 140717

Bottle at the brewery. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a round bubbly head. The aroma is clear almost alcoholic but it’s not... with yeast and light citrus fruit. The flavour is light sour light bitter with a clean slightly watery nettle aromatic palate. Light bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle purchased from the V&A Museum, London. Poured a light yellow colour with a slight haze and a thin white head. Aroma of sharp citrus, lemon zest and pineapple. Grassy flavours with coriander, melon and a slightly soapy hint. Palate was slightly metallic with some grain and watery orange. A rare Partizan miss, in my opinion...
