Draught @ The Pony Bar, Manhattan NYC. Clear pale golden with a creamy off-white head, sweet malt aroma, medium carbonation, medium bitter malty taste with honey flavor, faint alcohol undertones, smooth body, long medium bitter finish. Nice, though a bit too sweet.

Bottle sample at the brewery. Pours orange-gold with a large, foamy white head. Big sugary character with prominent yeast, candi sugars, bread. Minimal alcohol presence - impressively so. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly warming on the finish with sticky sugars, Belgian yeast, esters. Not bad.

From the brewery I get this bottle: Pours dark orange with a white head. Loads of flowers, fruits, and a sharp hint of booze. Taste is sweet with a nice little bitter hoppy undertone. Plenty of flowers throughout, which are probably the dominant flavor. This is not really a tripel in my opinion, but it is quite a tasty Belgian Strong Ale (to my mind).

Bottle shared by me. Pours dirty olive brown. Off white head. Nose/taste of alcohol soaked citrus, lemongrass, apple core, white sugar, mild Brett and Belgian yeast. Medium body.
