Traditionally craft brewed in Oxfordshire using organically grown English Barley Malt and Organic Target Hops.
Scarecrow is a wonderfully refreshing Golden Ale evoking lazy, hazy days of summer in golden meadows & ripe barleyfields. A winning combination of tart citric fruit flavours perfectly balanced by a rich biscuity maltiness and rounded off with a spicy bittersweet finish.

500ml bottle. Clear orange to golden colour with small frothy white head. Fine but disappearing aroma hop note, grassy. A fruity dark berries malt basis remains. Taste starts somewhat neutral, then the fruity malt takes place, a yeasty smack accompanies. Papery finish.

Kinda low alcoholic, but not that bad. Mouthfeel is pretty good for a beer with only 4,7% abv. Pretty average.

Refrigerated bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a clear deep golden with medium cream colored head that dissapates. A little lacing, medium carbonation, and light body. Taste is light malt, some breadiness, and finishes with a light hop. More like an english pale ale rather than an ESB.

0.5l bottle. Pours a clear peachy-bronze body with a bubbly and lacing head. Wet wheat, some yeast but otherwise quite anonymous nose. Low carbonated with a watterish mouthfeel. Hard to describe but it almost tastes organic. Yes, there is a slightly dryish finish, but.. Neeh, not quite sure about this..

500 ml bottle. Golden body with a creamy white head. Aroma of malt, grass and a bit perfumed hops. Feels like a sweet aroma. Flavor is sweet malt, grain, moderate bitter and a bit metallic. Medium body and actually everything feels a bit medium here, a straightforward ale.
