A golden amber Vienna with a thin white head. In aroma, light caramel malt with light nutty notes, faint German hops, OK. In mouth, a sweet chalky caramel malt with light nutty notes, mash tun, boring. On tap at Winter’s grind February 2015.

Draft. Pours yellow white head. Nose/taste of peppercorn, tortilla chip and malt. Lighter medium body. Crisp.

On tap at the brewery, pours a hazy brown with some creamy, bright white head. Nose is yeasty, bready, crackery, buttered biscuit. Flavor has the same bready character, mild lemon, cleaning solution, but mostly just doughy yeast. Finishes lightly creamy.
