Our favorite double IPAs are all about citrus flavors, so with our Westbrook collaboration we wanted to pack as much grapefruity. hoppy goodness in there as possible to further bolster the hop profile. The addition of fresh grapefruit zest took the labor intensiveness of this beer another level, but we think it was worth it and hope you do too! Cheers! Scott, Rich, and the Westbrook Crew.

Hell hopfiger, intensiv grasiger Antrunk. Würzig hell, der Hopfen ist dabei immer das dominante Aroma. Fruchtig, Zitrusnoten, angenehme Bitterkeit. Gut! 11/11/11/12/12/11

Craft Clapham. Keg. Hazy gold beer with a small white head. Palate is smooth with fine carbonation. Smooth creamy malt, slightly dry. Lovely orange - tangerine hops. Tropical fruits and a touch of mellow lemon. Light flowers and hop spice and a final touch of grapefruit marmalade. Light smooth finish. A citric bitter aftertaste. No idea this was a DIPA, thought it was a very nice IPA. So dangerously quaffable - I had another half. Lovely stuff.

650ml bottle. Cloudy, yellowish golden colour with small to average, creamy, half-way lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Citrusy hoppy aroma, lots of grapefruit and zesty notes, mandarine, orange, biscuity malty background. Taste is fruity and bitter hoppy with moderately sweet caramel malty basis with biscuit touch, notes of grapefruit, mandarine, orange, a constantly present bitter-zesty touch becomes laid bare in the finish. Lasting finish, superb drinkability, well hidden alcohol - wonderful!
