Keg at the brewery, 19/02/15. Clear golden amber with a moderate light beige covering. Nose is spice, caramel, vanilla. Taste comprises much the same, good level of vanilla essence, light spice, clove. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok for style.

On tap at Kickbacks in Jacksonville. When I ordered it, Jimmy the bartender asked me if I wanted it with the cinnamon-brown sugar-graham cracker rim. I told him, "absolutely not." Pours a mostly clear orange with some tight, white head. Nose had quite a bit of sugar and spice, some root veg, almost carrot cake-y, cinnamon, cardamom, clove, brown sugar, a little cake icing, light yeast. Flavor is sweet, sugary, some root veg, brown sugar, a little orange rind, spice, white pepper, more cardamom, clove, heavy vanilla bean. Full bodied.

Draft - Christmas spice with clove dominating. Clear copper with a decent beige head. Sweet spice and some starchy gourd. Not bad.
