Party-sized bottle shared during the Grand Tasting of RBWG 2015. Big thanks to Jack for bringing the this beauty! Pours mostly clear gold with a creamy white topping. Nice citrusy nose with hints of Belgian yeast. Medium sweet flavor with a bit of bitter citrus rind, pale malts, tangerine, lemon. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Great balance on the finish, some further rindy citrus, straw, more lemon and tangerine, pale bread sweetness. Very, very good.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy yellowish gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has rich tart fruit with a nice funkiness and a backing wine dryness. Flavor is more wine forward with a very dry finish and light tart fruits backing as well as some light funk.

What the Funk, Denver, October 2014. Pours a fairly clear yellow appearance with a white head. Some spicy cinnamon notes. Kind of funky with some tropical fruits, pineapple, mango, and white grapes. Fairly dry. Kind of fun but not overly complex.
