A reddish brown ale with a thin brown head. In aroma, nice caramel malt with light resinous floral hops, roasted notes, pleasant. In mouth, a roasted caramel malt with light coffee notes, grassy hops, light mineral notes, herbaceous character, pleasant. On tap at United lounge, Terminal C, Newark.

Taste like a brown ale, which I don't mind, as I'm not a big red ale guy.

16 ounce can. Pours a dark reddish brown color topped by a large dense khaki head. Roasted malt aroma has dark dried fruit notes. Flavor follows nose with a hint of burnt caramel and brown bread. Bitter resiny hops in middle are subtle, but present. Finish is roasty and bitter, with a nice balance of malt and hops.

Draft at the brewery, 6/25/16. Dark reddish color, almost rusty. Strong malt, bready. Has a pretty good hop presence too. Bit of fruit.
