Bottle shared by Matt. Last beer of the evening and one of the highlights for sure. Pours cloudy pale golden, large white head that dissipates slowly with nice lacing. Aroma is dank, a bit grassy and leafy, citrus and tropical fruits. Flavor is only light plus tart, a bit of oak tannin poking through but otherwise a showcase for the Mosaic hops. Not much salt coming through. Light body. Yum.

Bottle. Pours gold white head. Nose/taste of green onion, sea salt, sour wheat and sour lemon oaky funk - medium body.

Bottle thanks to Terry. Pours a hazy yellow gold with medium frothy white head. The aroma is strong papaya, mosaic, lemon. Thin mouth, juicy, tart, nice mosaic hop, crushable, really enjoyed this one.

Poured from a bottle. Aroma is slightly acidic and citric with some light orange and lemon. Lots of guava, mango, melon and lighter pineapple. Faint oak and herbal notes. Nice juiciness. Pours a hazy, pale yellow straw with a medium sized, medium thick, white head that recedes fairly quickly to a thin film that replenishes itself. Light lacing and small legs. Flavor has a medium light acidity with some nice light citrus notes of lemon and mandarin. Moderately strong pineapple, mango and melon notes with lighter guava. Low bitterness and faint oak. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a pretty nice beer with a really nice Mosaic hop character. Light oak and citrus notes and a bit of a mineral note.
