Draft. From notes. Can’t remember where I had it, working on a 3+ month backlog. Loads of fruity notes. Very sour. Damn good beer.

GABF 2013. Pours a hazy reddish orange appearance with a tan head. Tangy, vinegar, black cherry, raspberry, oaky aroma. Pretty fucken sour, dark berry, cherry, acetic flavor that finishes again quite sour. Pretty good for what it is but a bit too strong for me to really enjoy it.

Sampled at GABF. Pours a brick red with some creamy beige head. Great nose, wood pulp, vinegar, greens, malt. Sweet malty flavor, red wine vinegar, woody. Full bodied, tart finish. Perfect level of acid.

On tap at GABF. Pours with a clear, deep brown body and a tan head. Aromas of red wine, vinous, malty, caramel, acetic, strawberry and a bit of bready malt. Flavors are acetic, brown sugar, red wine and mild esters. Pretty vinous. Light bubbles, dry and oaky.

Sampled from the tap at 2010 FOBAB. Poured a hazy reddish brown with a bubbly light brown head that dissipated to the edges. Aroma had a strong tart cherry note with a sweet cherry and bread backing. Flavor began with slightly sweet cherries, but they quickly became sour, even slightly acetate.
