Draft at Churchkey. Clear very pale yellow color. Aroma of herbal perfume. Taste is tart and lightly spiced. Plainer than I anticipated.

Säuerlicher Antrunk, spritzig, vom Roggen ist wenig erkennbar. Sehr erfrischend, rund, fruchtig. Gut! 8/12/11/12//11

Sour-smooth, Easy to drink. But sadly no typical rye-hints. Only the darker aroma in the nose indicates the rye. The aftertaste is fruity-lemon-sour, very fresh, smooth and nice.
Great Berliner Weisse, but I can’t figure out the rye... 14/13/12/12

Pretty much the same as the buckwheat version, only a little more sour. I prefer the buckwheat a little. Has a meaty texture. Pours blonde with ok head and lacing. Very sour on finish. Tap at sour event at Churchkey.

Sampled at Festival der Bierkulturen, Koln. Pours cloudy pale yellow gold with no head. Aroma is light funky, citrus, light tart fruit and bready. Flavour is light sweet and light moderate acidic. Light bodied with moderate carbonation.

On tap at Torst. Pours a hazy yellow with small frothy white head that leaves spotty lacing. The aroma is lacto and wheat. Thin mouthfeel with nice tart and light rye with lingering dry finish. Easy to drink, very nice.

Trübes strohgelbes Bier mit sehr wenig Schaum. Geruch nach Äpfeln, Wein, getreidig. Geschmack nach sauren Äpfeln, Apfelmus, Getreide.
