330ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey, bright golden colour with small, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Mellow malty and herbal-grassy hoppy, minimally woody and nutty aroma, explicit Sorachi flavours with typical coconut aspects, a touch of oak, grape sugar, minimally bretty, funky overtones. Taste is dry, woody, hoppy, minimally sweet, pale malty basis with a touch of grape sugar, hints of oak, coconut, moderate bitterness, light tartness, unspecific, minimally vinous fruitiness. Minimally creamy, still rather watery texture, dry, simultaneously minimally cloying palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Nice composition, well integrated Sorachi flavours, a cautious but pleasant funky touch - particular, good!

0.33 l bottle from the brewpub at 7.5%, best before end of 2017. The beer streams slowly out of the bottle. Slightly hazy, golden amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish, quite funky, moderately fruity aroma of caramel, lemon, gooseberry, oak and some apricot jam. Sweetish, slightly funky, quite fruity taste of caramel, honey, apricot jam, lemon, gooseberry and oak, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, slightly warming-alcoholic finish. Medium to full body, sllightly oily mouthfeel, average carbonation. Really tasty, quite complex stuff with a good balance between sweetness, bitterness, a funky touch and the oak. Expected the worst after the yeast was swirled up to the top of the bottle, but it turned out to be a decent sipper!

Bottle, "Brandy Barrel Aged". Hazy orange color with big white head. Aroma is fruity, already feeld heavy, apricot, boozy. Taste is fruity, boozy, phenolic, apricot. Some heavily phenolic flavours in there (brandy? maybe partially). Medium carbonation. Alright, a bit overdone with the barrel/booze.
