Bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow with small white head that lasts. The aroma is funk, brett, oak, grape. Medium body, nice funk, strong brett, vinous, dry finish, very good.

Keg at Craft Holborn. It pours slightly hazy gold with a decent white head. The nose is earthy, grape must, funk, dry wood, underlying sweetness, spice and mouldy orchard fruits. The taste is bitter – sweet, dry wood, earthy brett, funk, grape must, tangy fruits, over-ripe apricot, dirty peach, straw and a hint of mould with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Interesting and good fun, but not particularly well-refined.

Keg at BCB SG - London. Pours clear yellow with a slight, creamy white head. Tangy citrus in the aroma, hints of dank apples, mild brett funk. Light sweet flavor, fairly dry, with nips of white grape, hay, wheat, pale grain, berries, leather. Light to medium bodied with delicate carboantion. Drying on the finish, a little waxy, with hints of alcohol warmth, a little grassy bitterness, more hay, pale wheat bread, white grape, subtle funk, lemon rind. Good stuff.

On tap at The American Craft Beer Fest Yesterday. Funky fruity with a huge vinous chardonnay presence. Nice funky sour!
