Can at home. Should’ve saved for tomorrow but I’m irresponsible. Dark pour smaller head. Nose is chilli and chocolate. Tastes of cola, chocolate, coffee, earth, molasses and plenty of chilli. Tingles lips and you feel burn on finish. But subdued enough to be pleasant.

Draft at the Due South. Poured a dark brown, dark cola color. Wispy tan head. Aroma was light chili notes, roasted malts. Flavor had chili, cinnamon notes, dark bitter chocolates. This was so tasty, very smooth, very masked, very well balanced.

At Due South taproom. Hazy...brown...buttery...vanilla and artificial caramel. Has some good heat, but otherwise is a artificial mess.

32 oz. Crowler provided by Willrunforbeer, I want to say thanks... I really do. Black color with thin foamy white head. Aroma is cinnamon and chili pepper. That is it.
The flavor is unfortunately just like the nose. Cinnamon and chili pepper. Thin watery body and texture with the burn of pepper without and roast or chocolate to balance the flavor. Maybe if the brewer could get more roast in the body. Where is the vanilla and roast?? Really not easy for me to drink. 3 oz. and I was done.

Poured from crowder thanks Homer321. Color is dark black with one finger tan head. Aroma is spicy cinnamon and pepper. Taste is initially cinnamon but then the chili hits you. The body is lacking substance. This could be a good beer if the base porter was more full bodied.
