Bottled 750ml. -at Goblet Zagreb, shared with Hrabren. Cloudy pale amber coloured, minimal off-white head, funky fruity and light acetic nose. Raspberry, fruity, light acetic, notes of oak and grapes with notes of wood in the finish. Alcohol is here but pleasant. Well done.

0.75 l bottle shared with Brada and Ogi. Hazy orange to amber, small off-white head. Aroma is cherry, apricot jam, stone fruit pit, lacquer, hint of glue, hint of wood. Puckering, moderate tartness, sharp. Tart cherry, lemon, tart apricot, apricot pit. Malts underneath. Medium body, smooth, moderate tartness, mild sweetness. Finishes moderate dry.

Blend 1. Funky, farmyardy and tartish with loads of jammy raspberries, some hints of oak, sourness and earthiness. Pretty good and complex still. Thanks random person for the pour!

Bottle from the newest release, procured circuitously via Nikos - thanks! Pours a lightly hazy purple red color with a medium off-white head and good lacing. Aroma is raspberries, yogurt, funk, basement. Flavor is medium tart and fairly funky, berries noticeable. Medium body

Bottle 750ml. @ [ El Catador Detour Grindsted Tasting ] - Guruhso House, Grindsted, Denmark. [ As Side Project Framboise du Fermier - Blend #2 ]. ABV: 8.0%. Cloudy medium to light red colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, tart, raspberry, sour, light grapes, oak - barrel - wine. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, sour, acetic, raspberry, wheat, oak - wood, dry, funky, light grapes - wine. Expensive bottle shared at the brewery: pours reddish with a small head. Aroma is vinegar, loads of raspberry, funk. Taste is quite sour, vinegary, yeasty. Quite good.

Bottle at share. Cloudy watermelon color, sparse head. Tart, sweet aroma. Taste is strawberry with a bit of melon .
