Named after our Florida Spiny Lobster who occasionally tend to ‘Walk’ in the shallow reefs and beach shallows off our coast in groups, foraging for food after storms. ‘Spiny Tale’ Pale Ale is a true pale ale, balance floral hops with a subtle malt backbone, gives this beer a very drinkable blanaced profile. This is a drinkable beer a great beer to transition into our Hoppier flavors.

Approximately 4 oz draft as part of a four beer sampler at the brewery in Delray Beach, Florida. The pour is clear golden with not much off white head. The aroma is faint cracker malt along with a bit of grass. The taste is a blend of floral earth and the cracker malt character. Decently fresh, just not much of a pop to the flavor. The palate is light to medium bodied with soft to flat carbonation and a clean finish.
