OK, another can of IPA, it's not rocket science, just make the most bitter brew you can do. It pours almost clear pale with a big fat rocky craggy head. Smell of light permeating pine cone perfume on the olfactory. Terribly bitter initial taste bud impressions, whew. Yes, another terribly on style IPA. At least it doesn't have that immature brewer nasty nellie astringent bite in the background. Decent mind numbing euphoric sensations in the middle. Almost makes it worthwhile to endure the bitter hop flavors. At least I'm catching a little buzz in leu of the the one sided hop bitterness. There you have it, another super on style rude ass, mouth coating, bitter BS brew, could be an impy IPA as far as I'm concerned.

Can. Canning date 2/23/2017. Dammit. I knew I should have checked before buying. Pours clear golden, large white head, good lacing. Aroma is caramel and pine, aged IPA. Flavor is medium sweet, and light plus biter. Aged IPA. Medium body. Not really their fault, other than allowing their stuff to be sold at places that don’t give a shit.

Clear golden and copper coloured body with a nice, single centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of caster sugar, light hops, a touch of malt and some pine and citrusey notes as well. Medium-bodied; Strong piney and grapefruity flavours at first with a nice dose of malt to balance out the pungent hops, coupled with some light caramel and sweetness near the end. Aftertaste shows more flavours with fruit, pine, grain and a bit of cereal coming through at the tail end. Overall, a nice IPA with some good flavours and still enough hops to be considered a real IPA, along with a smooth balance of malt. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Total Wine in Alexandria, Virginia on 15-November-2016 for US$2,64 sampled at home in Washington on 01-February-2017.

Can from Wine Warehouse. Deeper golden with a white head. Very citrus/fruity aroma: orange, grapefruit, melon. Flavor is similar - very fruity & juicy rather than full on bitter hop. Don’t get me wrong, plenty of bitter hope, but lots of orange, grapefruit, pineapple, and melon flavors in front of the bitter peel. Tasty.

Pour is a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma is a kind of bready malt with a minimal spicy hop in the background. Flavor is a big dose of sweet caramel malt that I was not expecting. The hops are scarce which leaves this beer tasting more like British pale ale. If you are going to make an American IPA you better use more hops than they used in this.
