Brewed with Vienna, Munich, Malted Rye and American Smoke Malt, it is our take on the traditional German Grodziskie style. Similar to a Berliner Weiss, it is mash hopped and never boiled leading to a very intense sour ale with an aroma to match.

Sample at Gabf. Pours a hazy orange with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is strong smoke, sea salt, floral. Thin body, smoke, wheat, sea salt, crisp, light tartness, very nice.

GABF 2015. Dark, cloudy orange. A light sour bite, followed by citrus, and followed by a flavor of grain. An odd beer but it is not bad.

Pours yellowish white head. Nose/taste of smoked wheat, light sour funk, lemon and bacon smoke - medium bodied.
