bottle. Pours clear mahogany with a small beige head and nice residual. Aroma is tart, hint of roast, field grass, a touch herbal. Flavor is light plus tart, light earthy roast, lemon, floral grass. Light body, soft mouthfeel. Interesting.

750ml bottle from Matt. Pours out brown capped with a beige head. Aroma hints at the tartness, floral notes. Taste brings a bit of pucker with it, earthy, garden, light malt, savory notes.

750ml bottle pours out brown topped with a tan head. Nose is very earthy herbal floral notes some tart fruit. Taste is more of the nice earth tones rich malts some spice and tart.
