Draught at the brewery, 4/15/18.
Pale, brassy-golden with a light-to-minimal haze and small, white head fading quickly to a ring.
Soft and well-aged showing soft acidity, moderate fruitiness and an even mix of lactic and Brett character with a touch of gentle honey and biscuit malt-like notes behind it. Adjuncts and barrel don't really show through, save for maybe a touch of fruity wine character. No alcohol or flaw.
In the mouth it's soft, lightly sweet, with a supple texture and low but engaging carbonation. Wood tannin, moderate Brett and lactic acidity showing a very playful character. No aggressiveness whatsoever and no flaw, alcohol or oxidation (think this is like 4 years old maybe?). Lovely stuff.

Sample at Beer Meets Wood on 09/23/2017. Clear orange color with a medium white head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing. Aroma of wine, yeast, citrus and malt. Medium body with flavors of vinous oak, funky yeast, citrus and malt. The finish is oaky and funky with a citrusy aftertaste. Prety good overall.
