On tap at Sabbatini’s bottle shop in Exeter, PA. It pours a pale yellow color with a nice tight white head. The aroma is fruity mango and pineapple hops with soft funk underneath. Pretty noticeable and complimentary to the hops. The flavor is a tad more spicy with some light peppery and floral bitterness. It has a snappy mouthfeel with a touch of citrus. Dry finish with just a hint of funk. This one is really more about the hops. Nice stuff.

Poured from a can dated May 25, 2016. Aroma has a light grain note with a bit of a bread character. Moderate hop notes with pineapple, mango, dragon fruit and lychee. Soem light citrus notes. Its a light, bright tropical fruit hop character. Pours a hazy, pale yellow straw color with a medium sized, pillowy, white head that steadily recedes to the edges. Light lacing and faint legs. Flavor has a light sweetness with some grain notes and a bit of white bread. Medium bitterness with a hint of alcohol in the finish. Bitterness lingers a bit. Quite a bit of light, but forward and juicy tropical fruit notes from the hops. Dragon fruit, lychee, mango, star fruit with some lighter citrus and pineapple notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a soft IPA with light grain notes and a light hop profile. It’s a bit odd though because while the flavors and aromas are soft, they are bright and fruity. Lots of tropical fruit, but soft, light flavored fruits.

8 oz. sample at Tired Hands Fermentaria on 6/3/2016, plus took home a 32 oz. growler. Sipping this bad boy right this second. Very hazy gold, thin head in the chalice. Aroma is very grassy, with notes of pilsner malt.

The flavor starts grassy then has a note of pine and light pilsner malt backbone. The saffron maybe hiding here someplace but I get the two hop varieties more than anything. The body is light with bitterness on the low end. Ends very grassy. Drink like a 5 % IPA. Pretty impressive.

Can thanks to Jared. Pours a turbid yellow gold with medium white head. The aroma is tropical fruit, musty, melon. Thick mouth, grapefruit, pine, dank hop, melon, juicy, resin finish, very nice.
