330 ml bottle into chalice, no bottle dating. Pours slightly hazy/cloudy pale golden/yellow color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big lemon, orange, peach, pear, melon, red apple, pepper, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, grass, light banana/clove, and yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast and pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big lemon, orange, peach, pear, melon, red apple, pepper, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, grass, light banana/clove, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate yeast spiciness and herbal/grassy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of lemon, orange, peach, pear, melon, red apple, pepper, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, grass, light banana/clove, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of complexity of fruity/spicy yeast and pale malt flavors; with a great malt/bitter/spiciness balance, quite clean with no astringent flavors after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from bitter/spiciness and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp/bready/grainy, and lightly sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 8.5%. Overall this is a delicious tripel. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of complexity of fruity/spicy yeast and pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and quite refreshing to drink. Likely less than a year old on this one. Nice yeast vibrancy and hop presence; with very pale malt character and color. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

Bottle shared thanks to Deanso’s cellar elimination program. Clear golden with nice white head. Sweet malts and honey, lots of strong bitter herbs and dried flowers, cornflakes, grass, light paint remover. Medium sweet and very bitter. Medium bodied with alcoholic finish.

Bio tripel. Fruitige en zoete start. Evolueert naar droge bitterheid.

33cl Bottle from Prik&Tik Baelus. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of plastic, dead yeast, herbal, some nice Tripel notes underneath. Flavour is the same, acrid plastic bitterness. Medium bodied, some alcohol. Bad.

Pours clear blonde. Ok to small white head. Smell is rathe sweet, but also has a cloride aspect ( what? ) taste is mildly bitter. Some aromatic malts. Bit sweet in the back, but a weird sweetness... Strange beer. Ok though..

Tripel with snow white head and yellow blonde colour, hazy. Fruity aroma of honey, orange, spices, overripe peaches, hay; fruity sweetish taste, smooth with some weird spiciness like in most of their other beers, citrus touch, medium hoppy finish with warming alcohol, not too well hidden. Off-the-track tripel, not my personal taste in this particular style.

Just another Belgian tripel. Bit more flat than the usual stuff. Drinkable, but boring.
