Draft @ Lucky Labrador Beer Hall. Pours hazy golden with a creamy finger thick head. Aroma is hoppy with orange peel and apricots, as well as some caramel malts. Medium body with average carbonation. Flavour is hoppy and bitter with notes of orange peel.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear copper color with a medium white head. A nose of green fresh hops. The flavor suffers from unbalance and again, green hops, bitterness throughout. Some lemon zest.

Tap at Lucky Lab (Hawthorn) - 06/11/12. Lightly hazed golden with a thin off white head. Nose is caramel malt, hops, pine. Taste grapefruit, citrus fruits, lighter pine compared to the nose, a little sweet malt. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation leading to a bitter finish. Decent enough IPA.

Shipped to me by my wife on a trip to Portland. Sampled from a 22 oz brown bottle this beer poured a dark golden color with a small yellow-white head that produced some lacing. The aroma was sweet, tangy and a it tart with notes of pineapple underneath. The flavor was surprisingly dry yet also had a sour and tangy presence. There were light notes of pineapple, grapefruit and pine with a sour off presence and a touch of butter. The finish was short and hoppy. Moderately full bodied. Ok.

Draught. Yellow orange color. Medium hop aroma, with a lekker fruity note. Good and hoppy flavour, thirst quenching, but malt enow not to be a mere hop bomb. Lasting floral finish.

Amber pour with white smear. Mild fruity aroma. Medium body with creamy carbonation. Light fruity bitter. Very nice. Bitter finish.

Draught at the Lucky Lab Beer Hall Cloudy, medium copper color with lace. Fragrant, floral citrus hop aroma. Sweet mlat flavor, very fruity, with citrus, grassy hops. Very well-balanced, fragrant and smooth IPA with so-so bitterness and a nicely rich body.

On tap at BrewPub Portland OR, Pours out a gold topped with a cream sand head. A nice aroma of light hops. Tast some light malts and hops. I tell you what Lucky Labrador makes some nice IPA’s

Draft at The Bistro’s IPA Fest; Hazy amber with a big yellow-tinged head; nose of piney, lemony hops; flavor of hop bitterness and a little caramel for balance.
