Rated last year sometime, pours hazy pinkish and has a mild tropical fruit aroma. It's light and sweet with a little mild hops and somewhat indistinct fruit that's got to be the guava. Watery. It's okay I guess.

Pour is a pink with a large creamy white head. Aroma is some wheat malt and a light fruit juice. Flavor has more of the guava and some peppercorn. Pretty light all around with very little mouth feel. It did have a decent flavor of guava juice but not much beyond that.

Draft - Sweet guava and a touch of tartness. Light hazy pink with a small white head. Light guava and a nice finish. Juice me than beer, but still good.

12oz bottle. Unfiltered pink-red body. Really has a nice depth of fruit and spice flavor, but the body is a little thin and dry. Could go a little heavier on the guava. OK, but not as enjoyable as some of the other paletas. Kind of artificial but enjoyable aroma.

Sample at the "HOOOOFFHEEARRTTTTEEDDDDDD!" tasting on 11/09/2015. The beer is a cloudy pink grapefruit juice color with a medium fizzy pinkish-white head that evaporates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of fruit, wheat and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of citrus, guava, herbal wheat and doughy malt. The finish is fruity with a citrusy aftertaste. Decent overall.

Very guava juice appearance, full of clouds, looks like pulque curado. Very guava taste, fizzy and thick like pulque. I didn’t pick up the other flavour notes. It’s a fairly simple beer, really, and you have to like guava juice.

Draft at Brixie’s. Looks more like a mix of milk and grapefruit juice. But I guess that’s how it’s supposed to turn out. What could it have but a big guava smell in the nose, with a bit of taunts that could be some PNW hops, even Amarillo. Wish I could claim the experience of having bought paletas off a sidewalk cart, but instead I have to take a stab at the experience. And it’s like a fruity drink all right with an extra spiciness that I wonder about its source. Is fiasco spicy? There’s no mention of the hops involved, and only this RB listing mentions the peppercorn and tarragon. Ah, so much I still need to learn; luckily I’m an eager student. Ask I can really say is that it’s truly fruity, unexpectedly spicy, and delicious!
