We've used loads of hops from North America - Columbus, Centennial, Amarillo, Citra and Cascade - because we just love the bold aromas they bring to the beer. To balance out all this hoppy goodness we've added lots of Rye, plus some pale ale and cara malt

Keg at the Euston Tap - London. Pours clear russet with a tight, frothy light beige head. The nose holds dried out citrus and toasted caramel. Light sweet flavor with well toasted brown bread, bitter earth, over-toasted grains, some metal, orange, grass. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Bitter grains, dirt and burnt grass to finish, well toasted bread, earth, burnt leaves, very faint tangy toasted rye. Doesnโt all come together.
