Impressive stuff! Very un-American acidity and amazing peach character. Delicious!

Bottle thanks to Jose. Pours a hazy orange with no head. The aroma is peach flesh, floral, and oak. Slick body, tart peach, light acidity, some oak, very nice.

Bottle shared by Adam, thanks! Pours a near clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has tart and sour peach with a strong oak note supporting. Flavor has sour peach throughout with a growing oak and a hint of grain.

Bottle. Pours crystal clear golden, small fizzy white head, dissipates quickly, some lacing. Aroma is stonefruit, oak, skins, bit of sulphur. Flavor is light plus tart, light plus funk, peaches, peach skins, oak and stonefruit. Light plus body, soft mouthfeel. Sophisticated and excellent.

375 ml bottle into tulip glass; batch No. 001, bottled on 3/7/2016. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy pale golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a light amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big juicy/tart/tangy peaches, apricot, lemon, lime, green apple, pear, white wine, hay, straw, grass, pepper, oak, wheat, and cracker; with lighter notes of leather, musty funk, almond, white vinegar, vanilla, and yeast/oak earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, peaches, oak barrel, and moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big juicy/tart/tangy peaches, apricot, lemon, lime, green apple, pear, white wine, hay, straw, grass, pepper, oak, wheat, and cracker; with lighter notes of leather, musty funk, almond, white vinegar, vanilla, and yeast/oak earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tart/sourness, and light yeast/oak spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy peaches, apricot, lemon, lime, green apple, pear, white wine, hay, straw, grass, pepper, oak, wheat, cracker, leather, musty funk, light vinegar, and yeast/oak earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, peaches, oak barrel, and moderate pale malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tart/sourness balance, and minimal puckering flavors after the finish. Moderate dryness from tart/sourness and yeast/oak spiciness, increasing through the glass. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, and acidic/grainy/tannic balanced mouthfeel that is awesome. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.9%. Overall this is an awesome fruited sour/wild ale. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, peaches, oak barrel, and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and easy to drink with the balanced tart/sour/tannic finish. Very well rounded Brett/Lacto complexity, with great fruit/oak balance, and a solid malt backbone. A highly enjoyable offering.
