Bottle, picked up at the brewery in 2016. Sat in the fridge since. Shared round ours with Dan and Mark. Full on brett with light and bright fruit. Still in great nick. Glad this finally got shared.

50cl bottle pours a clear orange with some cloudy, white head. Nose has grapefruit pith, sour, nettles, funk, lemon. Flavor has candy, melon, grapefruit, band aid. Tart and oily finish.

Tap into a snifter showing well filtered neon yellow with sparse white foam. The nose shows a lot of tart lemon and brett. The palate light bodied and well carbonated. Strong bretty funk with light tartness and flavors of light horse blanket and lemon.
