(Draught at Drie Dorstige Herten, Utrecht, 25 July 2013) Hazy amber colour with dense, off-white head. Malty, spicy nose with caramel, toast, orange peel and spicy hops. Malty, fruity taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, a touch of resin, crystal malt and a generous earthy bitterness in the finish. Medium body. Fresh and quite dry, with a generous hop presence. Nice one.

A summer ale indeed, freshly bitter with some american hops, little grassy, mildly sweetish. It does quench your thirst as well.

On draft at the konpaan beer fastival. Thin white head. Clear golden blond pour. Nice refreshing bitterness. A good session beer.

Tap @ Drie Dorstige Herten. Hazy orange colour. white head. Nose is biscuit malts, hoppy, floral and juicy. Flavour is light malted, floral hops, citric and grapefruits. Fairly bitter. Very well drinkable.

Hazy amber colour, white head. Fruity aroma, American hops, mango, tropical fruit, touch of caramel. Quite bitter flavour, fresh hops, quite fruity. Bit thin, low carbonation, bitter floral citrus finish.

Tap @ Drie Dorstige Herten. Hazy golden to orange color, medium creamy white head. Aroma of tropical fruit, hint of caramel malt. Medium bitter taste. Nice and creamy mouthfeel. Not a lot of carbonation, which is perfect for such a smooth drinker. Great brew.

On tap at Drie Dorstige Herten, RBESG ’13. Hazy golden orange colour, off-white head. Aroma of leafy hops, fruits, citrus, tea. Flavour is citrus, mango, leafy hops, green tea, firm bitter finish. Light-bodied. Decent, albeit a bit too leafy for me.

Draught @ De drie dorstige herten, Utrecht. Hazy orange color, medium sized white head that leaves nice lacing. Smell malts, nicely hoppy and fruity. Taste malts, hops, lightly grapefruit, bitter. Lingering bitter finish, a bit dry, medium carbonation, medium body.
