Cloudy, medium head, quite light. Light pepper and florals. On the palate, it’s kind of a yeasty, muddy production.

Bottle at PIB 2017, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out pleasant dry hopping, light tartness and cereal notes. Flavour is very fruity and hoppy, with floral hops, stone fruitiness and a wet biscuity malt backbone. Nicely constructed, with a juicy and hoppy finish. Very good.

Light straw and not much else like horse diets. Golden pour without much head. Crisp finish. Tap at Maxs.

Draft 6 oz pour at Urban Family. Light golden yellow pour with a thin fizz head. Straw, covered by citrus fruit and some funk aroma. Flavor is quite crisp, with lemon, straw, gentle funk, and a refreshing finish. A tasty saison here.

Cheesy baby diaper funk with fruity pear and lemon zest highlights. Hazy golden, thick head, nice lacing. Lemon, grapefruit, and barnyard funk, slightly medicinal but not really in a bad way. Medium body, soft carbonation. Dry and fruity. Good intensity and balance.

500 ml bottle into tulip glass; no bottle dating, but is a recent release. Pours slightly hazy pale golden yellow color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a large cap that lasts. Dense soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a large amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big grapefruit, pineapple, peach, passion fruit, melon, berry, tangerine, lemon, orange peel, pear, apple, white peppercorn, white bread, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of bright citrus/tropical hops, fruity/spicy yeast, and light-moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big grapefruit, pineapple, peach, passion fruit, melon, berry, tangerine, lemon, orange peel, pear, apple, white peppercorn, white bread, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Good amount of peppery yeast spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of grapefruit, pineapple, peach, passion fruit, melon, berry, pear, apple, white peppercorn, white bread, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a short bit. Damn nice complexity, robustness, and balance of bright citrus/tropical hops, fruity/spicy yeast, and light-moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/spiciness balance, and zero astringent flavors after the finish. High carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, crisp, dry, and lightly creamy/grainy/sticky mouthfeel that is awesome. Zero warming alcohol for 6.5%. Overall this is an outstanding dry hopped saison! All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of bright citrus/tropical hops, fruity/spicy yeast, and light-moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink for the ABV. A highly enjoyable offering.

Bottle at home, this brewery is new to be distributed here so looking forward to try. Light hazy dirty blonde beer. Nose is slight yeast and floral and touch of strawberry. Tastes of lemon, floral, yeast, strawberry, banana. Light bodied touch watery. Nice summer crusher but for price a touch more kick be nice.

6oz draft at brewery. Another, slight clarity, thick, dark golden color beer. The hospital do a nice job covering up the boringness and whackness of the base Belgian ale. I like the Amarillo and Mosiac mix, probably could have enjoyed just Amarillo. Get a little hop juice character. Hops save the beer but it’s still not my thang.
