Draught at Lulu’s, 11/4/16.
Very hazy, graham cracker and caramel body w a small, beige flecked head of low retention.
Acidic, juicy apricots in the nose with vanilla-honey and light earthy grains. Moderate lactic acid. Bright and intense. Maybe a bit less even and integrated than rubus but still well-done on the fruits. No alcohol or flaw.
Juicy and acidic with a heavy wheat texture and light honey sweetness. Lots of lactic acid and whatever apricot produces (malic?). Little bit of slickness and low but fine carbonation. Intense fruit but really nice stuff.

Tap at Tops Hops beer shop as I use my day off to catch up on some beer business. Hazy yellow orange pour filmy head. Nose is jammy apricot some light hops. Tastes of apricot, grass, orange juice, lemon, lactose, bitter hops. Not nearly as crazy as the othe rebus’s in appearance or flavor but quite a delicate and delicious brew. Only slightly puckering refreshing.
