Bottle. Pours a clear golden hue with a large white head. A big fruity sour lactic nose. Big wood, oak tannins, sharp fruit, some funky elements. Drinkable, bright. Grapefruit throughout. Passionfruit funkiness.

Taster showing pale gold with sparse white foam. The nose shows intense notes of juicy passionfruit. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Moderately tart with extremely clean juicy strong passion fruit with a light oak background to brighten it.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is intense passionfruit, floral, oak, funk. Thin body, juicy passionfruit, very tart, acidic but not overpowering, balanced, really enjoyed this.

375ml bottle (thx, Rick P.!) at Matt's. Pours a hazy pale dirty golden with a weak white head. Aroma is pleasant with lots of passion fruit and barrel notes. Similar taste. Pleasant low to high level of acidity. Very nice.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with passion fruit, followed by oak barrels and brett yeast. Flavour is very fruity and oaky, loaded with passionfruit, accentuated by wonderful oak barrels, and some wild yeast. Beautifully constructed, complex and very elegant. Wonderful.
