Our NE style IPA double dry hopped with Ella+Vic Secret+Galaxy. Dope Nose is brewed with heaps of flaked oats and wheat, then layered with dry hops from some of our favorite varieties for in-your-face sticky tropical flavor.

Draught @ Barrel & Brew, New Milford. Extremely hazy pale yellow like lemon juice, foamy whitish head, very faint citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter orange peel-coriander taste, thin body, long citrusy finish. Crushable.

Can pour from trade with AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! It's an opaque, milky dark yellow with no sparkle, 2+-finger width off-white foamy head with good retention and spotty soapy lacing. Aroma is citrus, grape, fruit. Taste is grape, yeast, grain. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, grainy texture, average-to-lively carbonation and dry, yeasty finish. Overall, taste trumps aroma; a bit dry and yeasty for the style.

16 oz. can. Bright aroma of grapefruit, pineapple, and bold lemon. The body shows some fluffy oats and a lighter texture. (in a positive way ). The flavor is the aroma with the addition of some mild grass. Very subtle bitterness with a lot of juice. Well executed New England IPA!

Can. An unclear yellow beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of peaches, citrus fruits, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, citrus fruits, peaches, straw, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

ABV: 6.5%. Murky matt medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat - oat, moderate to heavy hoppy, grass, tropical fruit, guava - kiwi, pineapple. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light heavy bitter with a long duration, grass, tropical fruit, pineapple, melon, fruit juice, tropical fruit juice, smooth, balanced, guava - kiwi, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20201213]
