Curiosity Thirty Nine was designed to handle intense doses of both classic and new aroma hops while maintaining a focused level of refinement and supreme drinkability. Fermented with our classic house yeast and imparted with character from a blend of hand selected Vic Secret, Citra, and Simcoe hops, it exhibits flavors and aromas of sweet citrus fruit, lemon-lime, and pineapple balanced by a pleasant and exotic earthiness. A substantial body and gentle mouthfeel contribute to a beer that is both well rounded, airy, and extremely hop saturated. We hope it can serve as a meaningful companion to a memorable moment in your life.

Heavily hazy, but not soupy, blonde-golden-bronze body with light amber-peach hues and a white head atop showing moderate retention.
Bright and juicy with lime, orange creamsicle and the tell-tale house yeast watermelon and light bubble gum. It all comes together quite charmingly, as one would expect, with a healthy dose of honey-like malt underneath. The Simcoe and Citra give much more of a rounded pineapple character than they do any huge/aggressive citrus and the Vic Secret takes it all and drenches it in pulpy juice, lending tangerine and meyer lemon on the finish, replete with light mineral and light cracker. No alcohol or flaw.
Juicy and soft with a bit more malt up front than usual, but still dry and with a tight carbonation that keeps the beer moving along and refreshing. Tangerine, pineapple, lime and more orange sherbet all whirl about on the palate, with a lightly grassy, noticeable bitterness throughout. Some cracker/earth/mineral-like character as it finishes, adding to the complexity and no alcohol or flaw. Bright, juicy and even a touch more malt and bitterness, for those who like such things, than usual for TH. Nothing flashy, but as always, extremely well-executed and highly enjoyable.

Pretty cloudy beige beer, creamy white to yellowish head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: little soapy, floral touch, some grapefruit. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish start, lots of citrus, tropical fruits, pretty resinous, very nice stuff. Aftertaste: lots of nice tropical fruits, pineapple, lots of mango, lychees, lots of grapefruit, bit resinous, more citrus, leaving a nice bitterness in the end. What a beer!
