A pale straw body with a medium density white head. A subtle nose with sweet malt and citrus hops. This is a very refreshing kolsch with balance a nice fruity elements and slightly roasted grains. Smooth sweet malt works well with orange and lemon citrus hop elements. Stays nicely dry with a touch of pepper. Juicy to the finish.

473ml bottle in their summer survival 6er. Clear golden pour, medium white head. Typical kolsch, grassy hops, nice cereals, easy drinking, crisp and clear. A good example of the style. No off flavours, just crisp grassy hops, and solid malty cereal flavours.

Pours a light golden-blonde colour with a foamy off-white head, good retention and lots of soapy lace. Breaded malt aromas with fruity hints (like peaches) and some nice mild hops. The taste has very light grainy flavours found in this style, but the hops is a little strong for it. Some dryness in the finish. The grain lingers with gassy notes. A decent brew, but a little to hoppy for a Kölsch.

Can from the LCBO. Slightly hazy pale gold with a small white head that fades quickly to a sheet. Noses has grain and light caramel with light floral and citrus notes. Light malt sweetness and a slightly stronger grassy bitterness. Mouth is medium and slick with lively carbonation and a crisp finish. 7/3/6+/3+/13
