We're really excited to bring back this favorite from the pub days! Originally, Ouroboros was brewed for 08.08.08 at 8% and 88 IBUs. This year's batch hearkens back to that recipe, but we add a dose of dried orange peel in the whirlpool. Brewed with Mosaic and dry hopped with Centennial, Ouroboros drinks with tons of stonefruit and other great fruit characteristics.

Can split at L6, thanks to New Ken, 21/03/19. Lightly hazed golden orange with a decent egg shell white covering. Nose is gentle citric pith, grass, pine, citric tinged straw, pine needle, grapefruit. Taste comprises mellow citric peel, grass, pine needle, orange pith, melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced juicy hop bitterness. Pleasant enough easy drinking DIPA but didn't really pull out of 3rd gear for me,

Equal parts piney and juicy, just lovely, I think I also like this more than focal and heady, like crusher. Lovely hop mix.

Pours a slightly hazy, golden orange, with mid-sized, lasting head. Aroma is dank, with tropical and citrus fruit. Flavor has quite a bit of grass, some malt and breadiness, along with citrus elements, and a pretty bitter, pine-spruce finish.

Can shared in London - cheers to Ken. Pours clear gold-orange with a small, creamy white head. Dank sauce, nice pine and citrus, melon, soft bitterness. Meidum bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lightly resinous finish, pine, melon, moderate bitterness. Nice.

16 oz can poured, with a massive thanks to Prufrockstar for the can. You spoil us with these fresh cans. Not seeing the can date on here, but I trust that it is fresh, especially after tasting it. A clean golden orange pour, separating this a bit from the other beers I’ve tried recently from the area. Thin fizz head. This has quite a nice bite to it. A solid imperial that is too easy to drink. Slight cream body, low bitter hops that linger. Flavorful, precise, and very well made. I’ll take a case of this stuff too.

Can shared by someone at the meeting last night, thanks for the opportunity! Hazy earthy pine and light citrusy fruity hoppiness with faint beady maltiness underneath. Tasty as always.
